Infiniti has refreshed its QX50 SUV with the introduction of a new Sport trim level and by adding extra equipment as standard to the rest of the range, including the company’s Infiniti Premium Care maintenance package.
The QX50 range kicks off with the $40,300 QX50 Pure ($42,300 with all-wheel drive), featuring 8- and 7-inch upper and lower infotainment screens, and a set of 19-inch newly-designed wheels, plus the heated door mirrors, remote engine start, rear door alert, and wireless phone charging pad that now come with every model.
The QX50 Luxe ($43,600 or $45,600 with AWD) adds heated leather seats, a panoramic moonroof, roof rails, and a newly available motion-activated liftgate, while the new Sport trim (($48,500 or $50,500 with AWD) offers a more aggressive front end, gloss black exterior trim and 20-inch machine-finished wheels. Sport-grade cars also come with Around View monitoring, traffic sign recognition, a Bose sound system with 12 speakers, navigation, and interior ambient lighting.
Stepping up to QX50 Sensory will cost you $52,800 (or $54,800 with AWD) but delivers cube-design LED headlights, a head-up display, Ultrasuede (an Alcantara alternative) dash, seat and door coverings, maple wood trim, and an even fancier Bose sound system with 16 speakers.

And rounding off the range for buyers with cash to burn and a taste for luxury is the $57,350 QX50 Autograph, which comes only with all-wheel drive, extends the fake suede trim to the headliner, adds tri-zone climate, and can extend the towing capacity to 3,000 lbs (1,361 kg).
The one thing the five trim grades share is a 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo engine that makes the same 268 hp (272 PS) and 280 lb-ft (380 Nm) no matter how much you spend. Every model also now comes with Infiniti Premium Care, a maintenance package that includes up to three years of free inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations.
