Thanks for contacting us. We've received your submission.

Regardless of age, a trending, sought-after toy is something anyone is excited to unpack from its box — especially if it’s an Amazon toy.

We love sharing the best of these items to buy, from outdoor toys to jigsaw puzzles. Oh, and how could we forget board games suited for the entire family?

While we already gave you the rundown on Amazon’s best-selling toys and games, this edit is for the budget-minded folks — all of these options are under $25 to help combat inflation.

“Inflation is impacting all categories of shopping, including kids toys,” Kristin McGrath, shopping expert and editor of The Real Deal by RetailMeNot, told the New York Post. “This year, shoppers can expect to see a rise in toy costs. A lot of this is due to inflation — even the cost of supplies needed to make the toys are seeing an increase in price.”

That said, we rounded up the 25 best toys under $25 for you below. We also outlined some unique toy trends and what to get your hands on ASAP. Who doesn’t love snatching a fun activity on a budget?

Click to jump to the best budget-friendly toys:

Many of the popular toys this year tend to be focused on hot shows and movies that have come out in the last year. “Think ‘Stranger Things’ and ‘Jurassic World,'” McGrath adds. “You can also count on Marvel and ‘Star Wars’ toys to be hot items.”

When it comes to the holiday season, too, McGrath predicts kids will want a combination of high-tech and classic toys.

The golden question, right? Luckily, McGrath gives us all the juicy deets into consumer shopping trends:

Like anything else, price trackers are the way to go — especially as some toy prices are on the rise right now.

“By adding an Amazon price-tracking browser extension like camelcamelcamel or keepa, you’ll be able to easily monitor the prices of your most-wanted products, see the price history of the item you’re looking to buy, as well as get price-drop alerts so that you never miss a deal,” McGrath advises.

Not a toy per se, but Nintendo’s eShop Gift Card is perfect to make anyone (and any age, too) smile. This $20 e-gift card is redeemable in the Nintendo Store to purchase new games for everyone’s favorite toy, the Nintendo Switch ($300).

With more than 37,000 reviews on Amazon, the $10 game Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza is one that everyone’s talking about. It’s a take-anywhere game that revolves around speed: as soon as there’s a match between a card and a spoken word, players will race to slap their hand on the center pile of cards. There will be many laughs, for sure.

For the kid whose creativity instantly transforms into toy-building mode, we have the perfect item in store: the Brain Flakes 500-Piece Interlocking Plastic Disk Set. For less than $20, you can create anything your heart desires (in super vibrant colors, too).

According to McGrath, the Beyblade toys are so popular, they’re almost the new Pokemon. As one of the buzziest kids’ collectibles yet, it pairs well with a Beyblade Storage Case ($23) for years of stashing these unique battle pieces safely and soundly.

Magic Mixies were all the rage last year and, according to McGrath, the prices have gone down tremendously this year (with the brand’s collection of toys just as popular). Pick up this four-pack of miniature figures for less than $20 for a fabulous Amazon toy deal.

Another on-trend toy: anything VR (that’s virtual reality, for short). As one of the most affordable VR toys on the market, the Funkpop Pop! VR Action Figure is just $11 and ready to entertain your child for hours on end. Plus, we love this vibrant purple color.

Not to mention, it’s just as adult-friendly as it is kid-friendly; stash some of these as stress toys for your office desk.

If we had a dollar for every time we saw a little kid with a CoCoMelon doll — well, we’d be rich. From personal experience (with two nieces), JJ is basically the Rihanna of this baby generation, so $18 will go a long way in making any child super happy.

As one of Amazon’s best-selling toys, the Paw Patrol Rubble’s Bulldozer Vehicle is one of the most budget-friendly options you can snag (representing a show that’s extremely popular). With the play vehicle and cute pup to match, it’ll be a hit.

Enter the *cool* way to play Connect 4: Marvel & Spider-Man-style! Just shy of $20, this themed game (with on-theme pieces to match) is a great one to buy and stash in your game closet whenever there’s a rainy day (or, when you’re watching a new Marvel movie).

This article would be incomplete without a mention of Barbie — specifically, her Tiki Hut Playset that makes us want to take a vacation ASAP. With the Chelsea doll, a palm tree-adorned sandbox and even tropical smoothie drinks, we want this toy IRL.

If you’re on the hunt for a dollhouse but don’t want to spend the big bucks, you’ll want to add the Imaginarium Country Mansion Dollhouse to your Amazon cart. It’s only $18, has a pretty-in-pink look and pairs well with Amazon’s dollhouse accessories.

For the little kid who loves cars and only cars, this 24-pack of race cars will have them entertained for days on end. The color selection is well-varied, the wheels are super speedy and the bundle is just $17 — perfect for playdates with numerous little ones.

One of our favorite toys growing up was play food (we’re convinced anything miniature is super cute). Now, the Airlab Wooden Play Food bundle is just $19 and comes with all the produce you’ll need, likely for a cheaper price than your local grocery store.

As a standout name in kids toys, Melissa & Doug makes any play set attractive. Its Wooden Pizza Play Food Set is no exception, coming with servers, a plate, velcro-attached pizza slices and even mini pepperoni and toppings.

Its red and botanical-inspired design (not to mention the carrying case) is beyond cute, and we love how it comes with everything you need for the best tea party ever.

For those who love “Frozen,” this is Amazon’s best-selling toy from the movie. Introducing the “Frozen 2” Necklace Activity Set, the item with nearly 23,000 reviews that allows anyone to create a fun, movie-inspired jewelry piece. Who doesn’t want Queen Elsa on a necklace?
