The newly launched Noblelift® lithium iron phosphate LFP/LiFePO4 electric 60Q and 70Q series forklifts are designed with IP4 grade waterproof design, suitable for indoor and outdoor applications, and can compete with traditional IC forklifts. At the same time, they are no emissions, economical and efficient, and are designed for energy. At the same time, the productivity is maintained at the highest performance peak to respond to the needs of high-density, high-throughput warehouses, enabling them to keep up with the ever-increasing order volume while protecting profits. Applicable to facilities regulated by FDA, EPA and OSHA.

Noblelift® Q series lithium-iron forklifts provide a load capacity of 6,000-7,000 lbs. The two-stage or three-stage mast can reach up to 255 inches (21.25 feet), which can reduce energy consumption and shorten cycle time, helping warehouses effectively move large amounts of inventory, while having Safer and more stable iron phosphate thermal compound to avoid overheating or explosion. It is designed for heavy-duty applications and its performance is comparable to traditional IC trucks on the market.

Faster and longer charging cycles-Use Noblelift® lithium-powered forklifts to move more pallets in a shorter time. how much remaining? 10,000 cycles and only 2.5 hours of charging, while lead acid is 1,000 to 1,500 cycles and 8 hours of charging, the cooling time is 8 hours.

Higher energy efficiency-using newer technology. They are more compact and have a higher energy density than lead acid, which makes them more efficient. Unlike lead acid, the battery is hermetically closed and does not require water maintenance. This type of battery can have many different chemical compositions. The same study showed that Noblelift lithium-ion forklifts can reduce energy costs and charging frequency, resulting in longer time to move products and less idle time at charging stations.

Simple and economical service-no regular maintenance required. This means that the battery is maintenance-free and does not require watering, aeration, and cooling. To simplify the total cost from lead-acid to lithium, if your business has only one shift using forklifts, then lead-acid batteries are well maintained, with an expected life span of 3-5 years (1,500 cycles in 300 working days) per year). In contrast, the life expectancy of a lithium iron phosphate battery is 10 years or longer (10,000 cycles).
